PEK Cheesy Garlic Bread

PEK Cheesy Garlic Bread

  • 1 tin of PEK, cubed
  • 1 tiger baguette
  • 75g of grated mature cheddar
  • 100g Butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley


  • Slice the tiger baguette into approximately 1cm slices
  • Mix the butter together with the crushed garlic and parsley
  • Spread the garlic butter generously onto each slice of bread
  • Add the cubes of PEK to each slice of bread and then sprinkle the cheese evenly over the slices
  • Place the garlic bread slices onto a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200oC (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes until golden.
